Términos y condiciones

Agradecemos sinceramente su elección de Super Yates. Para garantizar un servicio de calidad y asegurar la disponibilidad de nuestros yates, requerimos un anticipo al momento de la reserva. A continuación, se describen en detalle nuestras políticas de cancelación, las cuales son aplicables a todas las reservas realizadas:

1.⁠ ⁠Anticipo y Condiciones de Reembolso:

•⁠ ⁠Para asegurar su reserva, es necesario realizar un anticipo del 50% del costo total del servicio. Este anticipo es crucial para la confirmación de la reserva y se utiliza para cubrir costos operativos asociados, así como para garantizar la disponibilidad del yate. Además, el anticipo sirve para confirmar el compromiso mutuo entre ambas partes en la reserva.

•⁠ ⁠El anticipo no es reembolsable bajo ninguna circunstancia, incluso en caso de que la embarcación reservada sea propiedad de Super Yates. Esta medida es necesaria para proteger los intereses de ambas partes involucradas en la reserva.

2.⁠ ⁠Reagendamiento de la Reserva:

•⁠ ⁠Si necesita cancelar su reserva, le ofrecemos la opción de reagendar su experiencia para una fecha futura, siempre y cuando haya disponibilidad. Para poder realizar este cambio, es necesario que nos notifique con al menos 5 días de anticipación.

•⁠ ⁠Las solicitudes de reagendamiento estarán sujetas a una penalización del 30% del anticipo pagado, a menos que se presente un comprobante médico o se trate de una situación de fuerza mayor, definida como condiciones climáticas adversas que resulten en el cierre del derecho a navegación por parte de Capitanía de Puerto.

•⁠ ⁠Las solicitudes de reagendamiento recibidas con menos de 3 días de anticipación estarán sujetas a las condiciones de cancelación estándar, y el anticipo podrá no ser reembolsado.

3.⁠ ⁠Cambio de Nombre:

•⁠ ⁠Si desea transferir su reserva a otra persona, tiene la opción de hacerlo, siempre que nos informe con al menos 7 horas de anticipación. El nuevo titular de la reserva deberá aceptar los mismos términos y condiciones establecidos en esta política.

4.⁠ ⁠Cancelaciones por Fuerza Mayor:

•⁠ ⁠En situaciones de fuerza mayor, como condiciones climáticas adversas que resulten en el cierre del derecho a navegación por parte de Capitanía de Puerto, evaluaremos la posibilidad de un reembolso parcial o un crédito para futuras reservas. Nos comprometemos a informar a nuestros clientes de inmediato si surge una situación de este tipo que pueda afectar su reserva.

5.⁠ ⁠Procedimiento de Cancelación:

•⁠ ⁠Para cancelar su reserva, deberá enviar un correo electrónico a superyatesmx@gmail.com o mandar un mensaje a su vendedor o a teléfono de oficina +523223527092, proporcionando su número de reserva, nombre de tirular y fecha y la razón de la cancelación. Una vez recibida su solicitud, le enviaremos una confirmación de la cancelación y, si corresponde, los detalles sobre el reagendar o el cambio de nombre.

6.⁠ ⁠Condiciones de Pago:

•⁠ ⁠El saldo restante del costo total de la reserva deberá ser pagado antes de embarcar. Si el saldo no se recibe en este plazo, nos reservamos el derecho de cancelar la reserva y retener el anticipo pagado.
